VaZa Yoga

VaZa is a native German with a sense of adventure and a passion for life that has led her to travel the world. Like many other people in this day and age, VaZa felt like she was spending most of her time waiting for something to happen, as opposed to making something happen.

It was because of this feeling that VaZa was drawn to yoga in the first place. It soon became a great way for her to move away from the mundane, step outside of the typical boundaries of life and begin to explore a new life, full of mindfulness, intention, and purpose. As it is for so many people, yoga became the perfect way to find release.

That same sense of adventure and that same thirst for a full and wonderful living experience has continued to draw VaZa back to her yoga mat over the past decade. She has now completed a 200-hour Ashtanga Teacher Training, a 200 hour Yoga Therapy Teacher Training and numerous other workshops and training to further her education.

This allows her to provide a truly wholesome experience to those who share their practice with her, as she is able to guide students through challenging poses in a safe and accessible way.

VaZa Yoga

Whether practicing or teaching, being on a yoga mat is the best way for VaZa to feel centered, find focus and feel at home, no matter where in the world she may be. It allows for a sense of sameness, a sense of familiarity.

When practicing within her classes, students should expect to get to know themselves on a deeper level, feeling that same connection, that same sense of familiarity and home.

If you are looking for a teacher with the strength and determination to help you continue along in your own practice and take you deeper than ever before, look no further!
