Greg’s career has spanned over thirty-two years in the travel and tourism industry, with his current journey with Tourism Cares beginning in 2003 as a volunteer and continuing with intention and passion as CEO. His current efforts are centered on creating and inspiring positive social and environmental impact, to ensure a lasting sustainable future.
Founder & Director at Etnica Travel; a social enterprise that is devoted to connecting local, responsible and community-based travel experiences around Guatemala. He has worked hand in hand with developing communities in Guatemala, seeking to solve problems of development and sustainable community growth – aiming to rescue natural, cultural and ancestral heritage.
Amber thrives on combining sustainability with design, tourism with project management, and incorporating them with her knowledge and love for her home-region, the Americas (namely Brazil, Mexico, and the United States.) She now applies this blend of experiences to her newest pursuit, the Impact Travel Collective. She is Co-founder and head of Tours, Guides and Sustainability.
Nadine’s primary focus is leading sustainability at The Travel Corporation via the Treadright Foundation, which owns and operates 40 award-winning brands including guided travel experiences, independent holiday packages, boutique river cruising, luxury hotels , and safaris across 70 countries. In 2020 she was recognized by Corporate Knights as a Top 30 Under 30 Sustainability Leader in Canada.
John is the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Collette, based in Rhode Island. He has worn multiple hats in the travel industry, with experience in Customer Service, Product Operations and even tour guiding, before building out Collette’s corporate social responsibility program. In his free time, John enjoys walks with his dog, producing European-style microbrews in his garage brewery, and trying to perfect his pizza recipe.
