Get Fully Inspired At A New Fitness Event in Denver

Do you ever wish you could do something a little different on the weekends, besides your usual brunch with the girls? Especially if you enjoy being physically active, whether you’re into yoga, cycling, hiking, or group fitness classes, a weekend spent doing the same thing just gets old. Maybe you don’t have time or money to get away for a Big Adventure, but you want to do something new, fun, smart and exciting - perhaps... and for an extended weekend? Well, we just found a long weekend event, called FULLY INSPYRED, that will get you out of your weekend rut and meeting new people who love fitness just as much as you do.

Stacey Lei Krauss, co-founder of FULLY INSPYRED and a fitness fusion program called The Willpower Method®, has been creating events for fitness professionals for nearly a decade. What started as a way for her to gather her own Willpower Method® teachers in a yearly summit for professional development, has expanded to include anyone who loves fitness and wants to learn a little bit more about what goes into smart daily workouts. This event will be perfect for both fitness professionals, fitness fanatics, and those who are interested in turning their love of fitness into a profession. As educational and interactive as it is fun, FULLY INSPYRED is truly going to have something for everyone.

Are you a fitness professional or someone interested in seeing if fitness could be your next career path? FULLY INSPYRED begins with some left-brain lectures to set you on the right course and thinking analytically. For example, you’ll learn about how your smallest nerves process information, and the reason you should be training barefoot with Dr. Emily Splichal, celebrity podiatrist, and human movement specialist. Then, you’ll dive into “workshops”, where each session begins with a 15-minute lecture on what you will be learning during the 45-minute workout. Each workshop has a unique area of focus.

Not only that, but globally-recognized fitness presenters will be conducting the workshops. Misty Tripoli, founder of The World Groove Movement® will be teaching participants how to connect with music and vibration in order to find their confidence and “inner groove”. Michelle Opperman, master-instructor of POUND® (rockout. workout.) will be leading a workshop on rhythm. Chris “FLO” Flores, master-instructor for Animal Flow®, which is taught mimicking the movement of primal animals, will be leading participants in an outdoor game of ‘Monkey See, Monkey Do’; leading participants over natural rocky surfaces, using Animal Flow methods. These workshops are applicable for sports-athletes as well as dancers. Even CrossFit lovers will learn bucketloads about moving their bodies the way nature intended.

The setting for all of this fun and learning is Denver, Colorado. Denver has a walkable city center but is also close by some of the stunning nature that Colorado is known for. At FULLY INSPYRED, you’ll be taking full advantage of both the city and natural aspects of Denver. On Friday, take a bike ride around Denver, stopping around town at points of interest. On Saturday, you’ll be heading out for a mountain adventure on St. Mary’s Glacier. This is no ordinary hike, though, because you will be outfitted with “silent disco” wireless headphones to listen in as Stacey Lei herself leads the group in a meditative hike.

Other “silent” workshops include: a guided breath (or pranayama) practice, myofascial release with strength and conditioning coach, and Director of Education for RADROLLER Nick Mueller, a super earthy POUND® drum circle, a heal-your-feet workshop with foot-fitness expert Stacey Lei, and a centering meditation with groovy Misty Tripoli.

Your last night at INSPYRED will be at a laid-back reception with your new friends. You’ll enjoy fresh snacks as you learn 101 healthy eating hacks from Wellness Experts Mindy and Bruce Mylrea. They’ll also teach you why moving towards a plant-based diet can reduce the risk of various cancers.

On Funday Sunday, what’s better than a morning dance party? After your choice of an outdoor cardio-fusion sweat-sesh or a Glow-in-the-Dark yoga class, Misty Tripoli will be leading morning dance party in a dance club, complete with disco ball and thumping music! She’ll help get you out of your head and into your body, having tons of fun in the meantime.

Each day you’ll be motivated through incredible, yet accessible workouts, challenging your body in new ways. This is NOT your typical fitness event, that’s for sure! And Stacey has made sure that you will be awed by all the little details. When we asked Stacey why INSPYRED is spelled with a “Y,” and she told us, “It’s a weekend all about YOU. We want You to discover more about your body and self-care. We want You to learn that exercise should always be smart and feel good. We want fitness professionals to remember that YOU need to be inspired before you can inspire others.”

FULLY INSPYRED is the perfect event for you and your friends to enjoy together. There are multiple packages available for the event, but perhaps the most exciting (and affordable) is the 4-People Fit Escape. The premise is if you bring 3 friends, you come free! Or, if you split the cost amongst all four of you, the cost of the package is only $410 per person; including all activities and three nights in one boutique hotel room with two queen beds to share. So gather your besties and sign up now for a weekend you and your friends will be talking about for a long time afterward.
