What's The Weather Like In The Philippines?

Hot and dry season: March to May, popular for beach vacations.

Rainy season: June to November. Frequent rain, humidity, tropical storms, and typhoons.

Cool and dry season: December to February. Cool, relatively dry, milder temperatures, ideal for outdoor activities.

How To Get Around In The Philippines

The country’s major international airports are Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila, Mactan-Cebu International Airport in Cebu, and Clark International Airport in Pampanga. Domestic flights also operate daily. Ferries and boats are common for inter-island hopping, while buses are the main means of transportation for land travel.

Within major cities, metered taxis, as well as ride-sharing services such as Grab, are widely used, while tricycles and pedicabs are popular in local communities. Renting a car is possible but uncommon, but travelers also have the option to hire a vehicle with a driver. The Philippines also has a limited train service that mainly serves the Luzon region.
