Q: How did you collect payments before you started using WeTravel?

A: Before using WeTravel, Zuda Yoga used the Mindbody Online platform. It was limited in functionality for retreats; all we could do was take payments from our clients. WeTravel offers a much broader set of registration and management tools.

Solution

Q: How has this problem been solved by WeTravel?

 A: WeTravel offers clients the ability to pay by bank transfer, which keeps costs low, in addition to by credit card. We also like the ability to offer automated payment plans, build flexible packages and add-ons, easily send payment reminders, and collect participant information during checkout.

A: We estimate we’ve cut down our administrative workload by 20% in using WeTravel. More efficient administration and a more streamlined process from inquiry to sale have given a significant boost to our business.
